No. A GST number is optional. You can take orders, print bills and run your kitchen without a GSTIN, and add your GST number and a tax rate later so bills print as GST bills when your restaurant needs them.

Yes. Restokeep shows your tables across floors and sections, and you open a table to start its order, add dishes as they are called and keep a running total, so a full floor stays organised right through service.

GST, printing & UPI
Add your GST number to your business profile and set a tax rate on your dishes. The bill then prints as a proper GST bill with your restaurant name, GSTIN and the tax amount, which you can hand over, print on a thermal printer or share on WhatsApp. You set the rate yourself and it applies to every bill.
You can mark each bill as paid by UPI, card or cash, so your reports and takings stay right. You collect the UPI payment in your own UPI app and the money goes straight to your bank; Restokeep records that the bill was paid by UPI.
